This new category will be under Nykaa Fashion, and it will list products like dinnerware, kitchen essentials, décor accessories, storage solutions, furnishings, bath products, among others. The latest news comes right after the company’s decision to go public soon, and the new categories will boost its sales. Nykaa is all set to feature popular Fashion Home brands like D’décor, Mason Home, Décor Remedy, Ellementry, AA Living, Meyer, etc., on its platform.
After the current fiscal year, Nykaa is expected to go public with a valuation of $4.5 billion, as the retailer witnessed an immense uptick in its sales during the pandemic. As we know that people are spending more time indoors due to the pandemic, the demand for home décor has significantly gone up along with demand for storage solutions and kitchenware. CEO and Co-Founder of Nykaa, Adwaita Nayar, has stated that they are excited about the latest offerings, and it will be greatly beneficial for people who consider their home as their lifestyle reflection. In the beginning, Nykaa was a beauty retailer, but now it has diversified its categories and has more than 17 million active users.
