The FMCG giant CavinKare has announced that it is entering the retail scene by launching its dairy arm, My Cavin’s. The company will look to reach out to consumers and provide a unique mix of shopping and dining experience.
CavinKare has said that it will be setting up and dining and retail outlet in Chennai, India, with an investment of Rs 50 lakh. The 1000 sq. ft Chennai outlet will sell products like milkshake, lassi, paneer, and curd. This will mark the company’s entry into the retail business. The business will be associated with the retail category.
Manu Ranjit, director of the company, said: “We are happy and excited to take the retail route for our flagship brand Cavin’s. With innovation at its core, Cavin’s as a brand has brought to market many path-breaking products that have set unprecedented benchmarks. Right from packaged milkshakes to our most recent H-Milk launch, we have always been at a forefront of offering consumers products that are easy to use and enjoyed by the whole family.” My Cavin’s is going to be scaled up to have over 150 outlets across the regions by 2025.
