AWS has announced the launch of a curated set of software solutions called Amazon Digital Suite to enable India’s SMBs to easily digitize their operations and go online. The suite will run on AWS and provide business software from 7 AWS Partner Network (APN) Technology Partners.
The suite will have software that will focus on areas such as accounting, customer support, and human resources. Through this suite, Amazon is carrying forward on its commitment ‘to digitize 10 million Indian SMBs by 2025, announced in January 2020.’
AWS has said that the Amazon Digital Suite will be available for purchase on Amazon.in.
“The Amazon Digital Suite comprises payment and credit solutions from Razorpay; customer support and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions from Freshworks; human resources and payroll management solutions from greytHR; tax compliance and invoicing solutions from ClearTax; accounting and productivity solutions from Zoho; e-commerce and retail order management solutions from Vinculum; and digital ledger and online cataloging solutions from OkCredit,” mentioned the AWS press release.
Prices of products in the Amazon Digital Suite begin at INR 20. Amazon announced that all of the software in the suite can be purchased individually with discounts of up to 75% off.
