SAP, enterprise software provider revealed a new product release for human capital management service namely; Upgrade2Success. The product aids HR executives who want to move their back-office software and data to SAP’s cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors HCM platform.
SAP spokeswomen said, “Those who are addressing this with modern tools are seeing both better financial performance and employees who feel better connected to the business. We want to make sure all our customers are taking advantage of the innovation, insights and user experience boost of the cloud.”
Josh Bersin, founder and principal of Bersin by Deloitte, the market research firm’s HR technology wing mentions that the SAP cloud service will aid those HR executives who are slow in adopting technology and still prefer to have their software stored onsite.
HR directors recently are closely embracing cloud technology in the HCM field than in previous years and Bersin states that it is difficult to virtually run HR without a set of strong technology solutions including a core HR platform. These days companies are creating more and more digital teams, innovation teams and experimenting new technology solutions.
