Deloitte Digital has announced that it is extending its strategic partnership with SAP. The partnership will now also include Qualtrics. The partnership is aimed at enabling businesses to use a much more curated customer experience.
Deloitte plans to work closely with SAP and Qualtrics to provide a more personal and relevant customer and employee experiences at scale. It plans to do this by integrating with SAP C/4 HANA, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform. This will make it easier for companies to make more meaningful connections with both customers and employees which would ultimately elevate the human experience.
Scott Mager, Principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP said: “By collaborating with SAP and Qualtrics, we can more effectively and efficiently build and leverage connections between people, systems, data and products to create more personalized, contextual experiences at scale.”
The companies are looking to bring together operational and experiential data to help companies understand how their customers feel about their brand, their products, and their business. John Torrey, Qualtrics Chief Ecosystem Officer commenting on the partnership said: “Together with Deloitte Digital and SAP, we are accelerating the experience management category and bringing it all together on the Qualtrics XM Platform to better connect with their customers on a more personal level.”
