Oracle NetSuite came up with a sales tool specifically for CRM space by creating a real dent into cloud sales. Cloud sales are contributing immensely to ORCL in terms of revenues. ORCL and nFusz Inc. finally decided to work together on this new project. The tool nFusz’s notifiCRM is the first interactive video-based CRM, into the NetSuite platform.
In April last week FUSZ was present at the Oracle NetSuite SuiteWorld conference and did not attend Marketing Nation Summit by Marketo but later the company exhibited version 2.0 of notifiCRM into the Marketo marketing platform.
This product from nFusz stole the show in both the events as announced by the ORCL NetSuite sales force and top level executives. ORCL feels this new product is key for them because it helps in two ways. The first way is to increase their sales which should reflect the next quarterly report.
Secondly, this tool will aid the ORCL representatives market to their customers along with which they can showcase products which can lead to follow-on sale. This can be a win-win situation for both ORCL and FUSZ.
When cloud services were booming Oracle’s database was stagnant. This led to the acquisition of NetSuite for$9.3 billion in the year 2016. ORCL management is making all efforts towards cloud and cloud services.
