Vivo is gearing up to launch a new 5G phone soon. Recently, it teased the phone officially on Weibo. As per the official teaser, it will have the upper mid-range SoC, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G. Currently, it is the only Snapdragon chipset from Qualcomm having an integrated 5G modem.
The key features of the brand new Vivo Z6 5G include a massive 4880mAh battery, 44W fast charging, and a PC-grade liquid-cooled heat dissipation mechanism. It will compete with the recently launched Realme X50 5G and Redmi K30 5G having the same Snapdragon 765G chipset.
After also getting listed on TENAA we now know that it will have a 6.57-inch display with Full HD+ resolution, a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad-camera setup at the back. The single punch hole at the upper-right corner of the screen will have the 32MP front camera.
It will support both Standalone (SA) and the Non-Standalone (NSA) 5G Networks. The listing also reveals that the smartphone will be available in two RAM options – 6GB and 8GB – and will come with three storage options – 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.
The successor of Z5, the Vivo Z6 will be priced at around $417. Lenovo has confirmed the launch event for the phone to be on 29thFebruary. The phone will be available for pre-booking the same day.
