Leaked by OnLeaks, it looks like Motorola is working on a new flagship phone. The interesting part is that the phone has four rear cameras! Apart from the camera feature, we’re not clear about many other features. What we do know is that the new mobile device has a 6.2-inch display and a notch similar to Moto G7. The screen also has an in-display fingerprint sensor. There’s also a port for USB-C charging and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
So far, we’ve seen Samsung Galaxy S10 and the Huawei P30 Pro with multiple rear cameras for different photographic lenses to create distinctive effects. There’s also the Nokia 9 that features five cameras that have the same lens, but multiple iterations. They’re capable of taking pictures simultaneously and can capture different exposures of a scene for better detail.
Although we do know that Motorola is planning on four similar-looking cameras, we don’t know anything else about the lens nor its photographic capability. And we don’t know if this ‘designed’ phone will ever make it to the market. Also, we still don’t have the details about its processor, the battery size, the RAM, etc. Hopefully, Motorola makes an official announcement soon.
