In today’s tech-infused world, having the right partner and solution provider is a priority. And since many operations take place in the cloud, it's crucial to have the right IT infrastructure as well as an organization to rely upon to troubleshoot any problems.
IPI Solutions is a Microsoft Gold Partner and encompass a variety of options to assess, deploy, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot small to large IT infrastructures. Be it on-site support, remote monitoring or an always-available help desk, IPI Solutions provides the ideal solution for your business.
The company was set up to build a gap between technical issues and business functioning. IPI Solutions is a speed catalyst to today’s business by aligning them to the principle of the fourth industrial revolutions. “Our vision is to be your most valuable business technology solutions provider in Africa,” says the Founder and CEO of IPI Solutions, Adamu Garba II.
The Journey so far…
It all started with IPI’s first project, which was to optimize an email messaging infrastructure. The client had three locations in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja. Therefore, IPI Solutions built the data center at the Headquarters in Lagos and connected the other two sites in Abuja and Port Harcourt to access their email application residents. This resulted in an increased productivity of the customer’s organization and also saved cost, created a faster response time and secured the communication environment.
But the journey so far hasn’t been an easy one. One of the challenges that IPI Solutions faced was its focus on the Microsoft platform. This meant that it was shutting down some of the opportunities with other computing industries. But Garba II’s dedication has made the company grow to new heights today.
“Our focused approach is supposed to be an opportunistic one,” he says. But, initially, it had shortened the revenue stream leading to slow revenue growth. “However, it turns out that focusing on a particular platform gives you the opportunity to build competency and capacity over the years making you stand out among your peers,” explains Garba II. “When it comes to Microsoft Solutions, we believe we are the best in the industry so far.”
And the response from the clients has been overwhelming with positivity for the company so far. However, IPI Solutions recognized the shifting trend in the technology landscape and swiftly adapted its service model with a cloud-oriented approach. Today, the company is fully positioned to give proper cloud services in 39 Sub-Sahara African countries within the jurisdiction of a Microsoft CSP partner.
Stepping Stones to Success
Garba II believes that passion, professionalism, focus, effectiveness, and loyalty are the prime factors of success for the company. IPI Solutions believes that client success is possible because it addresses their critical challenges. It then fits the client’s specified business requirements, which has further led to product popularity and consistent growth of the company.
Speaking about the employees and the work culture at IPI Solutions, Garba II says, “It’s an atmosphere where employees are trained to go about their work with an uttermost level of professionalism. Yet, it’s a friendly learning environment to help each other as colleagues and also, maintaining a conducive environment for work- in customers.”
Considering the industry trend, changing customer requirements, and other factors, Garba II believes that running the company has its own hardships. “People as a technology business provider are expected by our customers to constantly adapt in supplying their demands,” he says. “We therefore always have to be on top of the game to appropriately meet our obligation of advising our customers on the right technology for their business.”
In the first half of 2017, IPI Solutions has been recognized for its outstanding performance in the world of IT and also for its unfailing consistency. In the month of May 2017, IPI Solutions won the African Brand Leadership Merit Awards 2017, as the Winner, in the category of ‘Africa’s Best Premium Microsoft Products and Services Company of the Year 2017.’ IPI Solutions also received a foreign recognition from Business Initiative Direction USA and was given a Gold award for Excellence and Business Prestige in recognition for its dedication to quality and exceptional services to its customers.
For a Successful Tomorrow
IPI Solutions has taken up the factor of having a transparent business very seriously. “We work hard to put technology systems in business which eventually enthrones transparency and accountability within the business processes,” explains Garba II. This is a strong achievement and a big global contribution indeed! Speaking about the future, IPI Solutions will be rolling out three new products, which are Gloomme, Garbank, and Centrum. In four years’ time, IPI Solutions is confident that its business operates will reach the level of Accenture in Africa.
