Residential, commercial, institutional and governmental properties need services to ensure a clean, safe, healthy, and efficient environment for its occupants. Essential services like emergency water removal, mold removal, and air duct cleaning are crucial for the proper functioning of these properties. One of the most recognized companies which provide these services is AdvantaClean. Every year, the company provides its services across the country which improves air quality, provides disaster relief, and helps enhance energy efficiency.
AdvantaClean was founded by Jeff Dudan in 1994. Based at Winter Park, Florida, the company was established as a contracting business which specialized in emergency loss mitigation services repairs to homes and buildings. The company found its relevance in the wake of Hurricane Andrew. The original partners formed the company by building on their experiences they gained while responding to the disaster that wreaked havoc in South Florida in 1992.
The company was on its way to massive growth with the opening of its very second office in 1995. The business grew swiftly in the three years following the establishment of the second office. This growth got AdvantaClean recognized as the 33rd fastest growing small business in America by the Entrepreneur Magazine.
The company went for a franchise program in 2000. Under this franchise program, the company’s existing locations were turned into company stores. The next six years saw the company invest heavily on technology and infrastructure to be capable of managing and supporting the success of the national franchise network. Following this phase, AdvantaClean chose to sell the company stores to others. In 2008, the franchises were made available to general public.
The first public location came up in 2009 and this propelled AdvantaClean’s success. The company received many awards for its rate of growth, support systems, and franchise satisfaction during this period. The company’s 50th franchise was sold in 2011 and its 100th was old in 2012.
AdvantaClean, today, has over 220 locations across the U.S. The company is now located in Huntersville, North Carolina where it has a state-of-art 22,000 square foot campus with executive training facilities, an education center, and much more.
