Innovix Distribution is getting acquired by Tech Data. Through the acquisition, Tech Data will expand into the Asia Pacific region and enhance its end-to-end solutions capabilities.
The acquisition will help Tech Data strengthen its technologies including within cloud and security, and endpoint offerings. Its business will now expand to key geographies of Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter of Tech Data’s fiscal year 2021.

The technology distributor, Innovix Distribution, is headquartered in Hong Kong. The company is part of Jardine Matheson Group. Innovix has a great distribution network with more than 8,000 channel partners in Asia. It delivers a range of tech products, solutions and services to all channel segments in the region.
